The validity period is 6 months from the date of purchase. This period does not include Villa Crespi’s seasonal property closure.

The ‘Itinerario’ and ‘Mettici l’anima’ Gift Cards solely include the tasting menu with wine pairing and can be used for lunch service during the week. The Gift Card that includes a treatment in our wellness area is ‘Io e te, tra benessere e gusto’ (You and me, wellbeing and taste). The experience is for two people: while one relaxes in our wellness suite, the other gets to take a cooking class with our brigade.

Each Gift Card is valid for 6 months and cannot be renewed once expired. Please note that if you cancel within 3 days of arrival for a stay on a Gift Card, the card cannot be used again. Similarly, restaurant Gift Cards cannot be redeemed if cancelled within 2 days.

Yes, the ‘Romantic Escape on the Lake’ and ‘Gourmet with Taste’ Gift Cards both include an overnight stay in one of our 14 Suites as well as dinner for two at our Restaurant. The other Villa Crespi Gift Cards, ‘Mettici l’anima’ and ‘Itinerario’, are dedicated to our tasting menu experiences and can only be used for lunch during the week.

The ‘Romantic Escape on the Lake’ Gift Card includes an overnight stay and can also be purchased without the drinks package, an optional service. All other Gift Cards including the restaurant experience always come with a paired wine tasting.

Gift Cards that include an overnight stay, brigade experience, or wellness area are reserved for adults only. Gift Cards for lunch service in our restaurant welcome children aged 8 and above when accompanied by an adult.

Gift Cards cannot be personalized, modified or created anew as required.

Yes, if you purchase a Gift Card, you have 24 hours to change the name. For Gift Cards that include an overnight stay, email booking@villacrespi.it. For Gift Cards that include a restaurant experience, email ristorante@villacrespi.it. If you are the recipient and received the Gift Card as a gift, you can change the name at any time by emailing the individual location.

Cancellations or refunds can be requested no later than 14 days after the purchase date.

Our Gift Cards for the tasting menus “Itinerario” and “Mettici l’anima” always include wine pairings, so the price will differ from that of the individual menu listed on the website.
